The Establishment of The Special Education Association,

TRNC The Special Education Association which was established in 19 January 2004 by the families of the individuals who are in need of special education in TRNC was offically registered with the sentence of Nicosia Family Law Court under the aware no 2/2003.

In the extent of Special Education Associaton chapter 41 Charitable Instutition law The Council of Ministers was declared as "Charitable Instutition" with the suggestion 925-2005 of Ministry of Education and Culture and decision of Council of Ministers which number is S-527-2005 dated 06 July 2005.

THE AIMS OF SPEACIAL EDUCATION ASSOCIATION

-To contribute financially or spiritually in many ways to the people in our country who need special education and to their familites


- To develop ÖZEV Special Education School and Rehabilitation Centre and to constitue a structure which unites with the oppurtunities of our Government
-To offer Special Education to world standards for individuals who needs special Education in our country

THE MISSION OF ASSOCIATION

-To present a special education and rehabilitation service in the world wide to the people who live in our country with the cooperation of all institutions and organizations who obtain health special education rehebilitation and care service in the TRNC and in the world


-To make activites to supply a convenient environment to the individuals who are in need of a special education to benefit from education right and to be continued and develop their finacial and spiritual existence

THE VISION OF ASSOCIATION

-To claim to the people who are dependent on a special education and differently grow up and their faimiles’ not giving oppurtunity involves in hopeless and pessimism from the begining of diagnosis

-To contribute the solutions which supply special education and rehabilitation needs


-To constitue a special education system which is united with all associations of government and in all stages of this system to upgrade this system over all world standards in the principle of continual cure and development and to carry these solutions by institutionalizing to the next generations in an association event
.

The commitees are originated by the volunteer individuals who have the ability of working in these comitees and adopt the vision and the mission of this commitee.

The people who want to take a part in these commitees apply with an application letter to the Association’s General Directorship which mentions in which committees the individual wants to take a part in the priority sequence.

In the result of these applications the duties of the volunteers who have no objections to attend to these comittees by General Directionship are notified to their working fields and authority limits by the manager of association.
