Special Education:  The education which continues with personally developed programs and methods which appropriate to their special needs and free environments to require educational needs of dis-advantaged individuals by the people who specially trainned is called Special Education.
The programs which are executed in Special Education School and Rehabilitation Centre;

  1. Individual Education: Is an education model which was being executed by the individuals and their educators in the most efficacious environments without in need of any stimulus with special programs and materials which prepared according to the individuals properties.
  1. Early Childhood Period Education:   Early education programs are the programs which supply the families who have differently develped children become sufficient to expense their childrens daily care and education and help the childrens' develpment. It would be possible to accelerate these dis-advantaged children with early educational programs which has an important place in education.
  1. The Education Before School: The programs which prepared to increase the academic social and individual care abilities and support the childrens development who arise the age of going public school at 3-6 years and to make them ready for entegration to a normal school.
  1. Primary Education Program: It is the program which prepared for the children who come at the age of primary school but couldn’t join a unique education program because of his special needs by measuring the level of their need of a full time service. Their Reading writing academic abilites social rules social abilities are also supported in this program.
  1. Group Education :The group education programs help to learn sharing help learning basic publical rules gaining daily living abilities and trasfer to daily life and beside supporting academic creativeness in these programs
  1. Occupation Education Programs: The programs which aim to gain their independencies of the adults who in needed a special education and to be a productive adults and to appreciate their spare times with appropriate activites for themselves.
  1. Physiotheraphy Programs:The programs which were prepared to increase the muscle strength of the children who unsufficient because of any reason for the exercise instruments and exercises studies and to gain and improve the balance and coordination of these children.
  1. Family Education,: The purposes of Family Educations which were arranged in ÖZEV Special Education School and Rehabilitation Centre:
  • To support the children and their families about the properties which they have and accept these special features
  • To inform them about the handicap groups and their properties. child's mentally emotional social physical and lingual developments and the needs which are related with these
  • To inform them how they would recognise the problems about the development of the child and how they would cope with these problems,
  • To train parent to make them an active member of the team in this special education stage.
  • To gain the habits to children of punishment where the behaviour is not appropriate and reward where the behaviour is appropriate ,
  • To train parents about the observing the habituals of children in their natural environments in being matters and evaluate them (T.C.M.E.B.).
  1. Education in Serving Duration:The purposes of these education is to adopt the educatiors who newly join to the programs in a shortest time and to make current the knowledges of existing insturctors and to obtain their reaching faster and earlier to the current knowledges

These programs were arranged joining of whole staff in the specific days of the week. These arranged educations are being given to the staff of the school by the associations expert staff on their subject after searching all methods which apply in Turkey and all around the world. Special Education School and Rehabilitation Centre gives services by working to decrease the level of diference all the individuals who has age difference between its calender age and the age which obtained as the result of test measurment in the worldwide and diagnosied by medically and it works to remove this difference.

Each individual located into the special education groups under the structure of Special Eduation and Rehabilitation Centre by evaluating and considering their age diagnosis and age. The program of the individuals who are dis-advantaged revised at the end of the Periodicly evaluations done by Family.
